Returns:
Any order cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 8% processing fee.
We want you to be happy with your purchasing experience from Silencer Werx RMA requests from customers who have a registered account with Silencer Werx can fill out an RMA request directly on their account dashboard. RMA requests from customers who purchased products from Silencer Werx direct and checked out as a guest can do so directly from the website at the bottom of the homepage. You will need to provide your order number and email address associated with your ordered item.
Our Return Policy:
Arrangements for a return must be made within 10 days of the date the order is received. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. All packages received without an RMA number will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without an RMA number will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Returned items that are not defective will be charged a restocking fee of 50%, and shipping will not be refunded. Unless explicitly stated by Silencer Werx any coupon codes provided for customer use are discounts for products, not shipping. Original and return shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. If we are at fault, Silencer Werx will provide a return shipping label and/or (with Silencer Werx prior consent) reimburse return shipping charges for non-expedited, traceable shipping methods. If in doubt, please contact us and we'll do our best to get you taken care of!
NFA:
All sales of NFA items are FINAL. Returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to a FFL and transferred are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT. This includes FAILED Background checks.
If a defect is discovered in any firearm after being transferred or any of the other products listed above you will have two options. You may contact us directly and request a warranty repair or replacement or you may contact us to request a return for refund, WITHIN 30 DAYS, of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.
Special orders, Pre-Sale Orders & all NFA Items
All special orders, pre-sales & all NFA items are to be paid in full at time of sale, there will be NO REFUND given for these items. Pre-sales are given an approximate date of product arrival, this date is based on our distributors info to us. Special orders, when you place an order for a special order product you will be given an approximate ship date. NFA items for transfer require a form 3 dealer to dealer transfer and the ATF does not have set times for that.
